  1. Measures to reduce the generation and hazardousness of hazardous waste:

Design improvement: enhance WS-23 Optimize the mother liquor distillation recovery process to reduce the generation of distillation residue.

Adopt advanced processes: enhance workers’ process skills, conduct regular inspections of production equipment, and reduce the generation of exhaust gases;

Improved management: The laboratory testing process enhances reagent utilization, minimizes waste, and thereby reduces the generation of empty reagent bottles.

Comprehensive utilization of waste: Ensuring complete reaction during the production process to enhance the recovery efficiency of recycled solvents;

Enhance pollution prevention and control: purchase high-quality activated carbon to improve its adsorption performance;

Other: Optimize the formulation ratios of raw and auxiliary materials.

  1. Transportation Measures:

Spent activated carbon shall be packaged in woven bags and the bag openings tightly sealed to prevent dust dispersion. Distillation residues and selenium-containing slags shall be contained to prevent leakage; collection tools and bins shall be provided for prompt collection. Empty reagent bottles shall have their caps securely tightened to prevent tipping.
